The Recession Sessions is a four-track EP of previously unreleased Grinstead material. These songs were originally intended for a full length album before life took us down different paths in 2009.

We dust them off now to relive and celebrate the fond memories we had playing together. Although these tracks are unfinished (different levels of mixing, mastering, and some missing parts), we nevertheless hope you find as much joy in listening to them as we do.
